Museum projects
Refurbishment and extension to bring together several existing museums on the same site. Atelier Novembre and Agence Nathalie Crinière The 3500 m² project will transform the entire site into a modern museum with all the functions required, while respecting the site's heritage. It brings together collections of archaeology and fine art, in a unified museographic layout that preserves the unique heritage of Saint-Pierre abbey and Saint-Georges church.
The Kingdoms Institute is a project led by the Royal Commission of AlUla with the support of AFALULA. Cartel Collections has partnered with Embase, Plan Libre, 2B Concept and Chiara Alessio Architecture to program the Kingdoms Institute, first scientific institute in Saudi Arabia dedicated to heritage research and its conservation. Its originality is to be a hub that integrates research, education, scientific cooperation, innovation and knowledge dissemination that communicate with each other.
