Conducted during a project to reorganise and move collections at the Museums of the Pays de l’Ain, this study permitted identification of infested materials for treatment, planning for other treatments necessary before the move to new buildings, statement of specifications for the new storage areas (adapted to the conservation needs of the collection) and preparation of guidelines for shelving and packing.
