The contract involved establishing an operational plan for moving the museum collections, including identifying needs, costing and organisation of steps undertaken at the storage area worksites. The plan allowed the project coordinator to implement an operations calendar and foresee work times and financial implications for the operation, while conservators also assured staff training. For the mission, Cartel Collections called out graphic art, textile, metal and ceramic conservators.
